Cyndy Tan Jarabata

President of TAJARA Leisure and Hospitality Group, Cyndy Tan Jarabata brings to the table over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and a brand of forthrightness and candor you will find present in every discussion.


Having held management and executive positions in such premier hospitality brands as Amanpulo, Tower Club, Westin Philippine Plaza, Shangri-La Mactan Island Resort, and The Bellevue Manila, among others, Cyndy’s leadership and deep knowledge of hotel, leisure club and resort development, general management, branding, marketing, and asset management ensures TAJARA’s clients that results are consistently achieved in excellence.


An active member of several business and civic organizations, Cyndy has worked closely with key stakeholders in the hospitality and tourism organizations, investment firms, international hotel operators, private developers and local government in the development of hotels, leisure and mixed-use projects.


From 2005 to 2007, Cyndy was Chairperson of the Muntinlupa Investment Board and served as consultant on investment and tourism-related projects to the City Government of Muntinlupa. Her dynamic, results-driven leadership saw the city winning Most Business Friendly City and Most Competitive City in 2006.


Her other industry related activities include being consultant to the Philippine Retirement Authority on marketing and business development, and serving as an active board director to several NGOs dealing with population management and development, HIV/AIDS prevention, and youth empowerment.


Ever the avid learner, Cyndy attended the Cornell-Nanyang University’s Hotel Design Consultation and Hotel Planning and Design programs. A passionate traveler, Cyndy chronicles her trips around the world and has seen her articles published in international and local premier magazines, including Luxury Properties in Hong Kong, Lifestyle Asia, Air Philippines’ La Isla Magazine, among others.

Tyrone G. Tan

Director of Planning and Development of TAJARA, one will always find Tyrone G. Tan en route from one site/client meeting to the next.


The head of TAJARA’s project management and technical advisory services of all hotel developments, Tyrone brings with him wide-ranging expertise in pre-development, planning, procurement and construction in the hospitality, leisure, residential and industrial sectors spanning 15 years. He has worked with the country’s top architects, interior designers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and contractors, having been involved in seeing owners and developers through project representation for both hotel development and conversion.


A hands-on executive, Tyrone coordinates closely with consultants and facilitates the compliance of design guidelines, facilities programs and technical requirements needed for any hotel, leisure and mixed-use developments.


Among his most notable projects as contractor include The Lighthouse Marina Resort in Subic Bay, the renovation of Makati Shangri-La’s Island Café, the refurbishment of Best Western Boracay Tropics, the expansion of Purefoods-San Miguel Flour Mill in Batangas, URC Mandaue Cebu, Valencia Hills Condominium, SM Malls in Bicutan and Sucat, Robinsons Mall in Pasig, among others.

Patricia P. Francisco

Her keen eye for detail and passion for design has proven TAJARA Head of Residential Patricia P. Francisco a valuable asset to our clients in the design development process.


Patricia closely coordinates with consultants on the interior works and finishes of our projects, handles hotel procurement services, and manages both FF&E (Furniture, Fixture and Equipment) and HOS&E (Hotel Operating Supplies and Equipment) requirements of our newly built hotels and renovations.


A graduate of AB Interior Design in Assumption College, Patricia was among the earlier in-house designers of Blims Fine Furniture; her main role involved assisting clients with their interior design needs. She later joined the Mandarin Oriental Manila’s public relations and marketing services team, closely collaborating with the country’s top advertising companies for the hotel’s branding, media and creative needs.


An entrepreneur at heart, Patricia eventually opened her own logistics company, Trucknet, Inc., which has serviced top airline companies and corporations for over 10 years now. In 2009, she ventured into the restaurant business by franchising Joey Pepperoni, and eventually started her own restaurant brand, Steaks Unlimited.


Patricia is also a licensed broker, having passed the 2012 PRC Agent Licensure Exam.
